Frequently Asked Questions

IS THIS A COMPLETE PILLOW OR ONLY A PILLOWCASE?

It is a complete pillow. Every order includes one cushioned pillow insert and one removable printed cotton cover.

WHAT SIZE IS THE PILLOW?

The pillow measures approximately 40 × 60 cm, or 15.7 × 23.6 inches. Its finished loft is approximately 7 cm.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?

The removable cover is made from 100% cotton. The inner shell and hollow-fiber filling are made from 100% polyester.

WHAT AGE IS THE PILLOW DESIGNED FOR?

The Dreamy Bear Kids’ Pillow is intended for children ages 3 and older. It is not designed or marketed for infant sleep.

IS THE ENTIRE PILLOW MACHINE WASHABLE?

Yes. Both the removable cover and pillow insert can be machine washed separately at 30°C on a gentle cycle.

Use mild detergent and tumble dry on low heat until completely dry. Always follow the instructions on the permanent care label.

DOES THE COVER HAVE A ZIPPER?

No. The removable cover uses an overlapping envelope closure, so there are no exposed zippers, buttons, or detachable components.

IS THE PILLOW HYPOALLERGENIC?

We do not advertise the pillow as hypoallergenic. It is made with washable cotton and polyester materials that can be cleaned according to the care instructions.

WILL THE PILLOW ARRIVE FLAT?

The pillow is lightly compression-packed for shipping. After opening it, gently fluff and reshape it, then allow up to 24 hours for it to regain its full loft.

DOES THE PILLOW STAY COOL ALL NIGHT?

The cotton cover is breathable and designed to provide a comfortable feel. However, individual comfort can vary depending on room temperature, bedding, clothing, and personal preference.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

The product must meet the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Because this is a bedding product, hygiene-related exceptions may apply when the product has been used, washed, damaged, or returned without its original packaging.

Please contact us before returning your order so that we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.
